| Documentation Review | One product family beyond your plan, or one with a difficult file | €299 |
| Expedite | Shipment held at customs: a signed appointment within 24 hours of a complete file that passes our review | €390 on top of the plan |
| Incident work | Corrective action, withdrawal, recall or a Safety Gate case — quoted and agreed before we start | from €750 per case |

Translation, courier and laboratory costs are passed on at cost, and we tell you in advance wherever we can.
