Process
How the switch works
A responsible person shown on your listing is not enough on its own: before we invoice, we confirm your current appointment, your catalogue and your files.
Send us three listings
Three ASINs or listing links, an approximate number of product families, and the date your current appointment renews.
We check that the offer applies
You are the manufacturer or act under the manufacturer's written authorisation, your products are in categories we accept, and your existing product files are available for review. We screen your company. Free.
We agree the start date
The switch price is written into your mandate before you sign. You pay the first year; we review your files.
You update your labels and listings
With our labelling pack and submission pack. We stay with you until the marketplace accepts the new details.

- With us: included in every plan, with no limit on the time we spend. Incidents are quoted before work starts.
- Are your files reviewed before their name goes on your product?
- With us: yes. If we cannot represent a product responsibly, we refund the whole first-year payment.
- Can a marketplace or a buyer check the appointment?
- With us: every certificate carries a public verification link.
